Strong Feels Good - Together
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
I believe that fitness should feel empowering, not intimidating—especially for women. The weight room doesn’t need to feel overwhelming or off-limits. Strength training isn’t about “bulking up”—it’s about building lean muscle, supporting bone density, improving posture, and training your body to handle everyday life with ease. As we get older, some of the first things we lose are the simple movements we once took for granted: getting up off the ground, lifting something overhead, or climbing stairs without pain. My goal is to help women of all ages stay strong, mobile, and confident so you can keep doing the things you love—now and for years to come.
No egos. No competition. Just a supportive, encouraging environment where we celebrate progress, lift each other up, and have fun along the way.

About Me
I’m a former Division I athlete who was fortunate to be introduced to strength training as a teenager. Learning how to move with confidence in the weight room at a young age changed everything for me—it gave me strength, resilience, and self-belief that carried into every part of my life.
I know that for many women, the weight room has felt intimidating or unwelcoming. That’s why I’m so passionate about teaching women how to lift safely and effectively, and why I’ve dedicated myself to personal and group training for women of all ages here in Westwood.
It’s also what inspired me to start Girls Who Lift—a program designed to empower teen girls by giving them the knowledge, skills, and confidence to embrace the weight room, take up space, and know they belong there.
